Cosy Room in Lovely Top Floor Flat – Clifton

Hi, I’m Katie, 33, and I work as a fundraising and relationships manager for a local youth charity. I’m looking for someone friendly and easygoing to share my lovely top floor flat in Clifton.

I’ve lived here for about 2 and a half years and really love it!

The flat itself is quite small overall, but it’s a really lovely, cosy space with a great feel to it!

I’m looking for someone chilled and easy to live with, up for the odd drink or chat, but also happy doing their own thing. I’d love to live with someone I get on with and who helps keep the place feeling like a nice home.

Location-wise, it’s a great spot - about a 5 minute walk to Whiteladies Road, 10 minutes to Clifton Village, 15 minutes to St Michael’s Hospital, and around a 30 minute walk into town. There is also off road parking available.

Bills aren’t included and come to around £200 per month on top of rent. The flat is fully furnished apart from the room, which will require you to bring your own furniture.

There will be a deposit required (I’m just confirming the exact amount with the landlord), but it won’t be more than one month’s rent.

I’m looking for someone to move in from 25th June.
