About the apartment:
The sublet is for about 6 months (with a potential for extension)
The council tax band is D
The room is about 5.1m by 4.5m and unfurnished (but the rest of the apartment is furnished)
The apartment is just off of Whiteladies road and a 5 minute walk from Clifton Downs station
The bathroom is shared
There’s fiber internet

The landlord is very reasonable but would like to meet you before you move in
The rent is £725 a month plus utilities, internet, and council tax (as a max I would say £1100 total)

I love to bake (and share!) and play piano in my freetime. I’m tidy especially in communal areas and would love to have a roommate that’s interested in the occasional meal, chatting in the kitchen, or watching something together, while still respecting each other’s space.
