Clifton/Hotwell Room Avaliable!

Hi! I’m looking for preferably another female housemate to move into a furnished double bedroom in a lovely house in Clifton Wood. The house is in a great location, just a 20 min walk from the city centre and around 10 minutes from both Clifton Village and Clifton Triangle!
The house itself is fully furnished, spacious and full of character, with two gardens that are perfect for hanging out in!

I’m a young professional who’s lived in Bristol as a student since 2022. I work 9-5 Monday through Friday but when I’m not at work I love hanging out in the pub with my friends (Hope & Anchor has been our fav for years and has quickly become a second home), I love going to cafes around Clifton on the weekends and walking basically everywhere! When I’m not out and about I love just chilling at home either cooking or reading 😊

I’m ideally looking for another female young professional who is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy, and wants to be part of a welcoming and sociable home! A lot of my friends are moving away now and I’d love the chance to meet new people. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like more than just a place to sleep and if you’re down with living with a friend rather than just a flatmate, I’d love to hear from you and tell you more about the house 🩷
P. s the furniture you see in the pic will be swapped with the other bedroom (it will still be a double bed and is just as nice but as I haven’t swapped it yet I have no pics of what this will look like!)
