Sublet: July - September

Hey! My housemate isn’t moving in until mid September, so looking to sublet her room for a couple months.

It’s a decently sized double with massive windows and loads of natural light, in a flat which has a small kitchen, bathroom and living area. Rent comes out to £775 a month, but because we rent out a parking space (unless you want it) it’s usually cheaper.

Minutes away from whiteladies, good transport routes and not far from the centre.

I’m 28 currently working for an environmental organisations with frequent travel to London, love pub/a night out, but also tend to spend plenty of time at home.
