Double bedroom, Clifton (medium term let) 🌸

Hey, my names Rebecca (31) and I’m looking for a someone to replace my current housemate moving out end of July. Looking ideally for a female aged 25-40 who is looking for a friendly relaxed home! To move in 1st August, but with some flexibility around dates until end of August. I am currently looking to buy my own place, so this would be a medium term let (maybe 4-6 months depending on how things progress?) with the option to take the flat on after.

The flat is a lovely top (2nd floor) flat on All Saints Road. In a great location close to the downs and the big sainsburys. The room is unfurnished so you'll need your own bed (although option to keep the white wardrobe if needed). The shared spaces are fully furnished (incl sofa & TV). It also comes with a parking space and a communal front garden.

Bills are approx £230 a month, including gas & elec, council tax (band D), TV licence and good Wifi.

A bit about me, I work for an assistive tech company, building communication aids for people who experience speech difficulties. I usually go into the office, but occasionally work from home on a Friday. At the moment, I'm into running, a spot of wild swimming, and sauna/ ice baths.

During the week I tend to keep things fairly chilled, so looking for someone who appreciates a calm home environment. That said I'm always keen for a margarita on a friday.
