Modern, spacious maisonette with 3 double en-suite rooms and a communal toilet/utility, living/dining room and separate kitchen. There is also access to a tiny balcony and a shared patio at the back of the house. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and treat it like a proper home!

The flat is situated at the end of a beautiful (and very quiet) road just off Whiteladies with all the necessary amenities right on our doorstep. There are loads of great places to eat and drink within walking distance and we are only 5 mins walk from Clifton Down station. There is parking on the street with lots of space and a £120 permit fee for the year or can be paid every 3 months.

About the room
The room available is a double room with an en-suite and built-in wardrobe. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Rent is £600 not including bills or council tax. The deposit is £585.
The move in date is ideally 5th September but can be flexible around this.

About us
Yanni and Lydia are both physiotherapists working a 8-4 shift pattern with the odd weekends. We would ideally want someone with a similar working pattern. We are really sociable and keen to find another flatmate who treats the house like a home & is up for meals and socialising together.

We love going out for food and to the pub, cinema, travelling, chilled evening in and exercise amongst other hobbies! We would love to find someone with shared interests who is keen to get involved!
