Hello, I’m Kathy and I’m looking to rent one of the spare rooms in my three bedroom spacious Clifton flat.
The flat has a garden which gets lovely sunshine. The flat is within walking distance of Whiteladies and Pembroke Road and also has great links by bus or train.
The room is very spacious with large windows and comes furnished. Rent is £625 a month not including bills.
A little about me: I’m a mature (ish) lively professional who enjoys good company, good humour and socialising (up until about 9pm :P)
I am preferably looking for a female professional who is interested in a clean and comfortable home. Monday to Friday lets would be great but I am open to full time. Short terms lets are also considered.
