Double room available from 1st September

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us from 1 September, as our current housemate is relocating for work.
The room is a double with a built-in wardrobe and an ottoman bed, so there’s loads of storage space. You would share the main bathroom with just one other housemate.
The rent is £825 per month, with a £950 deposit. Council tax and utilities are not included in this.
We moved into the house in March after it had been completely renovated, so everything is still fresh and modern. We’ve spent the last six months turning it into a proper girl house and would love to find someone who fits in well with us.
Location is incredible, 1 min walk from Whiteladies Road, 3 minute walk to closest bus stop and great transport links!
A bit about us: I’m 21 and doing a degree apprenticeship. I grew up in the area, so I’m always happy to show you around Bristol and I work in the office three days a week. The other housemate is 24 and moved to Bristol for a job in sales, which means she sometimes travels away with work.
We’re both social and active and have loved doing things together as a house with our current housemate, whether that’s going to the pub, running, heading out or having chilled evenings at home. We also really appreciate our own space and quiet midweek evenings around work.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly and happy to be part of the house rather than just renting a room.
