We have a double bedroom in our lovely Clifton village flat available from 4th October!
A bit more about us - we’re Tom, Lizzie, Matt and Chris. Tom works as Art Department for Film and TV as well as some museum and freelance work on the side. Lizzie works for the council in Childrens Services, Matt in Finance and Chris is a Software Developer. We’re a social bunch and often eat dinner, play games or watch tv together in the evenings during the week. We also like going to the pub, park, the cinema, checking out Bristol's various music venues, and cooking for each other every now and then. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and laid back who will fit in with our vibe and treat the house like their home.
The bedroom has space for a desk and the flat is over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It's in a really nice location next to the suspension bridge with lots of cafes/shops/supermarket round the corner, some lovely parks right opposite too!
Boring bits -
Bills are around £150 a month. To pass the landlord's referencing checks you have to be on a salary of at least £24k and be over 26. Safi is moving out so we're looking for another girl to keep the balance in the flat.
