Clifton Triangle Spacious Flat 2 Flatmates Needed

Hi there,

My two flatmates are moving out at the end of September to move in with their respective partners so I'm looking for two new flatmates to take over their rooms from early October. The flat is well situated just off Clifton Triangle between Clifton Village and the city centre with both within easy reach on foot or via bus. The Triangle itself has plenty of amenities including a Sainsbury's and Waitrose as well as other convenience shops for all your needs.

The flat is a garden flat at the rear of the property with access to a patio and part of the garden and due to it being lower down stays cool during the summer months. Inside there is an open kitchen diner with fridge/freezer, 5 ring hob, oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard. The two rooms are both spacious doubles, each furnished with a double bed and lots of storage with enough space left over for you to add anything else you should need. There is a separate bathroom shared by both rooms as I have an ensuite in my room. Room 1 also benefits from having its own entrance door and is slightly larger hence the difference in price. Bills are not included and will be split equally. The flat is in Council Tax Band C.

A bit about me, I'm a 30 year old engineer who moved to Bristol a few months ago for a new job in Aztec West where you'll find me most weekdays with the odd day working at home (in my room). Outside of work I enjoy playing squash and padel as well as experimenting in the kitchen when time permits. Happy to go for a couple of pints or cook the odd meal together as people like. Looking for similar minded people but not overly fussy as long as you're considerate and tidy.
