Student lodger sought for a pleasant, medium-sized, single-bedded room in a light, airy, spacious and clean third (top) floor flat in the centre of Clifton Village, sharing with one other female student.

The room is furnished with single bed with new mattress, clothes storage and desk/chair plus some other pieces, and it has a blackout blind and electric heater. You will have use of the flat's shared spaces including hall, bath/shower room, living room and kitchen, use of all kitchen equipment plus your own cupboard/fridge/freezer space and use of washing machine, vacuum cleaner and Smart TV. The rent includes ALL bills and use of full-fibre broadband.

The flat is on the top floor (many stairs*) in a well looked after, quiet, terraced house with no other student lets in the property. There is no storage for bikes within the property and no dedicated parking space. The property is very close to the amenities of Princess Victoria St. and in easy walking distance of the Uni of Bristol Students' Union and campus.

You will be sharing the flat with a friendly, interesting, studious female Uni of Bristol Classics student (age 21) who is the main tenant. (The landlord does NOT live in.)

Viewings are by appointment from Mon 31 Aug.
The room is available from midday on Sun 13 Sept.

You may then be invited to view the room/flat and meet/be informally interviewed by the tenant and landlord. The successful applicant will be signing a Lodger Agreement** which will be for a minimum of the full academic year 2026/27, but with potential to extend this period for a further academic year as long as the lodger remains a full-time student and the terms of the Agreement continue to be met. The successful applicant must also provide full contact details of a guarantor who will be contacted as part of the process and required to sign the Agreement also.
