3 bed in Clifton - looking for 2 flatmates

I was about to move into a house with a friend and we were going to search for a third person, however his timeline has changed. It's a nice property so I thought I would see if I can find two other people who are interested in moving in.

The property is 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite in a house near the Lido. It has a separate kitchen/diner and living room. It's spread over a few floors with a bedroom in the bottom with access to a patio. The landlord is really nice and I've met a current tenant who has only positive things to say. The bedrooms are slightly different sizes and one has an ensuite so there's the potential to discuss how much each room is worth between flatmates, but the rent would be around £2,450 collectively - including the water bill and council tax. The previous tenants are also leaving some furniture behind but there are some thing to get as a house or you can bring in your own if you prefer. It could be available from 5th September, however there is some flexibility.

A bit about me - I grew up around here but have spent the last 2.5 years travelling through Africa, South America and Asia and living in Australia. I'm a primary teacher so going back to work soon after the summer off. I love to explore different places, try restaurants, go to events and festivals, do walks with a pub lunch and I read a lot. I like to go to pilates and different classes so excited to move back into the city and be able to take full advantage of all the studios!

I'm open to a girls or mixed house, however you do need to be a professional and ideally late 20s/early 30s. I'm hoping it will be a home so looking for people who would want to be friends and are up for shared dinners, evenings in but also totally respectful of everyone's individual lives and interests.
