Double room with bathroom in Clifton Village

I have a double room available in my 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Clifton Village.

The Flat
The flat is fully furnished, with a large open-plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom is a good-sized double and I’ll be adding a wardrobe before you move in.

There are two bathrooms. I have an en-suite, so the second bathroom would effectively be yours day to day, although guests may use it occasionally.

Location
The flat is right in Clifton Village, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, as well as good bus links. It’s around a 30-minute walk into the city centre.

Me
I’m 25 and work in corporate finance. I’m usually in the office 2–4 days a week and occasionally travel for work. Outside of work I’m into running, walks, pub nights, wine, films and the occasional night out.

You
I’m looking for a young professional around a similar age, ideally someone with a similar working pattern who isn’t working from home full-time.

I’d like someone who is clean and tidy, sociable and has their own life in Bristol, but who is also up for doing things together and becoming friends rather than just being housemates. Equally, I’m not expecting us to do everything together!

Bills
Bills are expected to be around £180 pcm each, including council tax, electricity, TV licence, water, wifi. The flat is double glazed and well insulated hence heating is expected to be minimally needed in the winter.

Rent: £895 pcm

Parking is available in the underground car park for £180 per month.

I can be flexible on move in date.
