Large double bedroom available on Victoria Square

We are three young professional girls looking for a new roommate as our flatmate is sadly moving out of Bristol for a career change.

The location is Victoria Square Clifton, which we have found to be ideal. You have the square on your doorstep, the suspension bridge is 10 minute walk away, Clifton village is moments away with loads of cafes, charity shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Tesco express and co op 3 minute walk away, and regular bus transport links to the city centre / temple meads.

The room is a large double bedroom (20m squared) with high ceilings and a view across the square. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers. The flat also has a single bathroom which we all share, as well as a kitchen/living room space.

We have lived very happily here for the last 15 months, and have a responsive landlord who is aware and happy with the tenancy changeover.

About us: we are three young professionals who all have our own things going on but enjoy spending time together some evenings and going out for coffees/walks/cinema/drinks on the weekends. We are respectful of all needing our own space as well! We like to keep a fairly clean and comparatively quiet flat (being considerate of noise between 10pm-7am) as we all work 9-5s, but we are of course reasonable, and guests are always welcome. We’re looking for a considerate flatmate as we all share one bathroom, though we haven’t had many problems with this in the past year we have lived here!

Things to note:

I need to confirm the deposit with the landlord but it will be around £800
The ideal move in date is 23rd October but we have some flexibility for earlier so reach out if you can move around this time
Bills come to roughly £120pcm in addition to the rent (fluctuations each month due to energy use changes)
This is a top floor flat. To reach it you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. There is unfortunately no lift so this flat is not suitable for wheelchair users or people who struggle with mobility (so sorry). We promise you get used to the stairs though (and it’s good for fitness!!)
