Short term: room for postgrad student

A beautiful, large double ensuite room with views over the Bristol docks and out to the hills beyond.

It has a double bed, a large desk with a chair, a clothes rail, a chest of drawers, comfortable chair, lights and a mirror. Bedding can be provided if you are coming from overseas. The large kitchen is shared and is fully equipped.

We are live in landlords who occasionally work from home.

Our lodgings will only suit quiet undergraduate and post graduate students or researchers for short term lets, a maximum of six months . We do accept Monday to Friday lets too.

The house is easy walking distance to Bristol university, the town centre , the rail and bus stations and the harbour side. There are direct buses to UWE. There are lots of amenities in close walking distance. and easy access to walks in Ashton Court Park and Leigh Woods.

We try to lead a sustainable lifestyle using environmentally friendly products throughout the house. We welcome overseas, LGBT, vegetarian, vegan students and researchers.

We are both in our sixties but we have a youthful approach to life.
