Central double room close to The Triangle

We have a large comfortable ground floor bedroom to rent. The bathroom, on the same floor, is shared with one other lodger.

All bills and WiFi are included.

The room has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers, small cupboard and bedside table). There is a desk and swivel chair.

There is a clean and contemporary bathroom shared with one other lodger, with a shower, toilet and shaver point above a large sink.

There is a washing machine.

We have a parakeet and a rabbit that live indoors and so you would need to be comfortable with this. We would like someone that would be happy to look after them when we are away for short periods/weekends (not all).

As we are located very centrally, at the top of Park Street, everything is on your doorstop.

We would like to share our home with another professional, who is respectful, trustworthy and reliable.
