Your room is double, overlooking the garden, a nicely decorated room (plus own box room )with a desk and you will share a beautiful newly fitted bathroom with underfloor heating with one other.

The bed is a double with a decent mattress, mattress cover and bedding can be provided.

You will also have sole use the walk in, shelved box room , cupboard in the hallway which has hanging space for your clothes.

The bedroom windows have shutters for a good nights sleep!

Recent and super effective boiler.
The showers are power showers in both brand new bathrooms.

There is a front door with porch and back door too, onto the private garden.
There is a secure storage room for bikes.
Bills :- gas, electricity, water,
communal charge, gardener and window cleaner are all included.
Everything except small charges for wifi
Parking on street with residents permit or possible private parking space.
Visitor parking possible.
