The flat is in a historic Victorian building, which is well looked after and maintained to a high standard. We will make sure you’re comfortable.

Your room is a medium double, overlooking the garden, nicely decorated (plus your own box room ) with a desk etc.

You will share a beautiful newly fitted bathroom with underfloor heating with one other flatmate.

The bed is a double with a decent mattress, mattress cover and bedding can be provided for short term stays.

You will also have sole use of the box room in the hallway which has hanging space for your clothes, a chest of drawers and loads of shelves.

The bedroom windows have shutters for a good nights sleep!

Recent and super effective boiler.
The showers are power showers in both brand new bathrooms.

There is a front door with porch and back door too, onto the private garden.
There is a secure storage room for bikes.
Bills :- gas, electricity, water, included in rent students pay no council tax.

You share the wifi costs £10 per month each.

If you work there is a charge for council tax.
