Large double room

I've a furnished double room in my two bedroom home which I'd like to be occupied by an independent, considerate, settled soul.
I work full time, and I also love getting out and about, soaking up Bristol's offerings of music, art'n'dance events.

Foodwise, as I work 12hr shifts, days & nights, I eat on the hoof a great deal and have no desire to share day to day cooking at all, just as of when it occurs (if it does) works for me generally speaking.
