Looking for a housemate with similar interests. Who will see the flat as a home rather than just a room. Whether this means eating and chilling together in the evening or going out for food or drinks in Clifton occasionally.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are very big and come fully furnished.

The bedroom is a very big double, which is big enough to allow you to make it your own. Has bed, mattress, wardrobes, drawers,

PARTIALITY FOR FAJITAS, TEA, CAKE, SPONTANEOUS TAKEAWAYS, TRASHY TV,

BILLS: 1 gig fibre internet, council tax (E), water, TV licence, virgin (including movie channels etc. and you can have log ins for it in your room).
WITHOUT GAS / ELECTRIC it is £125pm each. Gas and electric is variable depending on usage
bills payed on 1st of the month however happy for you to pay on a different date which ties in with pay day.

PARKING: There is a driveway which will have one spare space for the flat however there is also on street parking which is free to park from 5pm on weekdays and all day weekends.
