IDEAL HOUSEMATES: Non smoking, tidy, fun, respectful of others, easy going and wanting the flat to be a home.
CURRENT HOUSEMATES: 29 F and 39 M. Both very chilled out, who enjoy cooking, socialising, keeping fit but also hanging out watching trashy TV or a film, with the occasional takeaway.

BILLS:

WITHOUT GAS / ELECTRIC: £125pm each

INCLUDES: 1 gig fibre internet, council tax (E), water, TV licence, virgin TV (including movie channels etc. and you can have log ins for it in your room).
Gas and electric cost is variable depending on usage.

Paid on 1st of the month however happy for you to pay on a different date which ties in with pay day.

PARKING: There is a driveway which will have one spare space for the flat however there is also on street parking which is free to park from 5pm on weekdays and all day weekends.
