No couples I'm afraid! The flat is in a residents parking scheme so you would be able to get a permit if you wanted to.

This room is available for £800 pcm including bills and Wifi on a 6 month contract initially. There is the potential for this to continue as a rolling contract once the initial term is up.

A deposit of £800 is required which will be held with the DPS.
