Room available in Cotham flat

We have a room available in a lovely, 3 bed flat.
The room is a good sized double in a quiet area, but 5 minutes from Cotham Hill/Clifton Down station.

The room is part furnished, with wardrobe & drawers, but you will need to bring your own bed.
Rent is 550, all other bills are separate & are approximately £180 each a month.

We are Summer & Rachel, both professionals in our 30’s. We work a mix of office & at home and would be looking for someone with a similar schedule, looking for a quiet chill home.
We are pretty laid back, but it is important to us that the flat is kept in good condition so everyone can enjoy the space & it really feels like a home.

(Please note this would not be suitable for students or couples - sorry!)
