I’m going away for a minimum of 6 months from August and would like someone to enjoy my flat whilst I am away. All bills are included.

This 1.5 bed garden flat is located on a quiet road in Cotham, with easy permit parking and both Whiteladies and Gloucester Road are accessible via a short walk, whilst still feeling private and away from a busy road. It’s a great place to explore Bristol from, and has some brilliant local pubs too!

Recently decorated, the flat has it's own private entrance, an open plan living / kitchen / dining area, and small separate office. All mod cons are catered for including dishwasher, coffee machine, tv and super-fast broadband.

The double room has ample storage, and the small single is currently used as an office. There is also a garden room that can be used for bike storage, laundry or plants.

The flat has direct access out on to the secured walled garden, which has a lovely seating area and is a real sun-trap.

The flat comes fully or part-furnished, depending on what the new tenant wishes to bring with them.

I am more than happy to consider pets.
