Good-sized double in a spacious 2 bed flat Cotham

Good-sized double room in a spacious flat in Cotham, just a short walk from the Arches. There is a small area outside with a picnic bench, as well as access to a garage for bicycle storage.

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and the flat has a really good-sized lounge, all furnished. The flat has some great features, such as high ceilings and shutters on the windows. It's an old building with single glazing.

I'm big into nature and travelling, love getting away for camping weekends & also enjoy watching documentaries, reading and keeping active. I can be away for periods with work (I'm a freelancer documentary filmmaker) so my schedule is quite varied depending on the project but I'm mostly Bristol-based and when I'm around I'm usually up for going for a pint, a climb or chilling out with a film.

I'm quite easygoing but I'm also sometimes working hard/long hours, and therefore I'd like the flat to feel like a calm and restful place to be (I value sleep and tend to get early nights!). So I'm no party animal but I'm happy for the flat to be a place for socialising if it's respectful.

Looking for a fellow professional who is easygoing, friendly, kind and considerate. I'm very respectful of others and would like someone who would look after the communal areas in general. This would be ideal for someone who's up for socialising but would also be happy to have the flat to themselves when I'm away occasionally!

Bills are roughly £180/pm + £550/pm rent

Looking for someone who would stay long-term (min 2 years) and the move-in date will be around the 15th Feb, give or take a few days.
