3 bed flat in a very central location, available from the 14th October.

The flat is very cosy and is available furnished if required. There are three bedrooms all of which have small double beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The main bedroom also has a study area with room for a desk if required.

There is a communal living area, stylishly decorated, with a sociable kitchenette adjoining the living room with a Smart TV. In the kitchenette, there is an inbuilt fridge freezer and washing machine (sadly, no dishwasher).

There is also a small, secure, off-street parking area, though this would be best suited to bike or motorcycle storage, as it would be too small for a car. On street parking is available with resident's permits.

The flat is immediately opposite Kingstown leisure centre, less than 10mins walk to Stokes Croft/Gloucester Road, a 5 minute walk to the University and about 8 minutes to the BRI.

I would ideally like two professional sharers or a couple/family, who would use the third bedroom as a home office. However, I would be willing to consider three sharers who are looking for a nice flat to make a home.

Unfortunately, as the flat is let under a single tenancy agreement I cannot rent out the rooms individually.
