We have a double room available in a lovely three bedroom garden flat in Cotham. It's an great little location - just off Stokes Croft, 15 min to St Michael's Hill and Gloucester Road.
The flat comes with a massive private garden perfect for summer, spacious living room, modern kitchen and bathroom.
The room itself is small to mid sized and comes furnished with bed and some furniture.
Our current housemate is moving back to Aus so we are looking for a friendly, like-minded person who enjoys sharing fun times in a relaxed home but is also mindful of the space of others. Current housemates are Bryony (31) and Tom (28) Bryony works full-time Mon-Fri and Tom works away most weeks but is around on weekends.
The room is open to professionals (no students, couples or pets unfortunately!) The rent is £500 plus bills which currently work out around £115 per month (inc. 100 Mb broadband).
