1 room spare in an all female professional flat

We are 2 females (Amelia and Chloe) and a dog (Twix) looking for a 3rd female housemate to join us from the 23rd July (if not, sooner). Amelia works in environmental services and Chloe works in HR. We both work Monday-Friday so are often more chilled during the week but like to socialize in the evening and weekends. We enjoy spending time together but equally have our own friends who we hang out with too. We are looking for a clean and tidy girl who wants to hang out with us, not just as a housemate :)

The flat comprises of a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and shared garden with the downstairs flat. The rent is £650 a month and deposit the same. Our tenancy ends on the 22nd July so we are looking for someone to start the next contract from the 23rd, at the latest. There is no movement on this. There are no agency fees as we are with a private landlord. The bills come to around £150 a month which includes Gas and Electricity, Water, Internet and Council Tax. There is on-street parking available if you pay for a permit.

The bedroom is unfurnished so you will need to bring your own furniture.
