Good morning. I have a double room for a short sublet in my two-bed flat in Cotham for six months (1st October- 1st April) with a possibility to extend for another 1 or 2 months. Fully furnished. Rent is 660, including bills and council tax.
I’m a 10-minute walk from Redland train station, 5 minutes from Stokes Croft and 20 from the harbourside. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants and cafes a short walk away, too.
Hopefully, it will be useful for someone to help them settle and look for a long-term 🏠.
