Creative friendly female 35+ for flatshare

Hi, I have a room coming available in this flatshare at the end of September.

I am a co-tenant and the other tenant is moving on to a new area of Bristol.

It's a light, colourful flat, big spaces, easy access to Clifton Down shopping centre and station, and Whiteladies Road.

It's 20 mins downhill walk to College Green, 25 mins to Castle Park, 10 mins to the Downs.

The room is a double, big wardrobe, leafy road outside. You have the bathroom next door, with your own shower (as I have one in my room), but we share the other facilities- loo, kitchen-diner, lounge.

There is shared off street parking for your car, if you have one. We also have a shed for bike storage.

I am looking for someone working out of the home as I am often WFH in the lounge space during the day and live a flexible/freeflow life. I am into all things woo-woo so if you like manifestation stuff and Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, other cosmic teachers and podcasts etc then you'll fit right in!

It's a tidy, quiet, homely, clean, creative and colourful space. I've been here for 4.5 years and treat it like my home.

If you are looking for somewhere quiet, friendly and creative to chill out after work, then it could be just the thing. We are friendly with the neighbours in the other flats and keep things fairly quiet for everyone's benefit!

I am older than many flatsharers, but am modern and open, running a conscious creative freeflow biz, am contemporary, fit and open to new ideas and ways of living.

I love creativity, colour, music, improv, pilates (there's a great reformer studio round the corner) new ideas, do meditation, enjoy trying new experiences, and visiting the seaside.

Private landlord, lives in Bristol with his family, with no agents fees for tenancy agreements etc. The property is well-maintained, with new lined curtains in all rooms - to keep out the cold in winter and reduce the summer heat!

Bills are EXTRA to the rent, currently around £260 a month EACH inc broadband, council tax and water, gas, electric, tv

We currently use my flatmate's wifi account so will need to set up a new one, unless you have a wifi account to transfer to this address.

I am planning to be travelling a bit in the coming months so you will have the flat to yourself at times, too.
