I'm looking for a new easy-going professional female flatmate preferably, who enjoys living in a clean environment to move into a shared flat in Cotham.
About the Flat:
-Located in a quiet, residential area of Cotham
3 minutes from Redland Station and a 15-minute walk to town
-Quiet building with lovely neighbours
-Rent: £600 + bills (approximately £150)
-Available from June 30th, possibly a week earlier
-Top floor of a 2-floor building
-Good-sized kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom
-Two double bedrooms (one smaller than the other)
-The advertised room is the larger one with a fitted wardrobe and a small walk-in closet
-UNFURNISHED room and flat (you're welcome to add any furniture to the living room/kitchen)
About Me:
-I'm Mica (33) from Argentina
-Living in Bristol for 2 years, in the UK for over 9 years (mostly in Edinburgh)
-Work Monday to Friday, 9-5:30
-Very clean and organized, friendly and easy-going
-Love running, spending time outdoors, and with friends
-Vegetarian, enjoy cooking and sharing recipes, and a glass of wine
Looking For:
-A professional flatmate with similar working hours for a peaceful living environment
-Someone who will happily share a cozy home and take care of it as I do
-A tidy flatmate who respects shared spaces and privacy
