Double room available mid summer in Cotham Bristol

Hello,

My flatmate is moving out mid summer so I need someone to replace for at least 8 months to finish the fixed contract.
This is a great flat in an excellent location:
- 3 minute walk from Montpelier train station
- 1 minute walk to several bus stops
- 15 minute walk from main bus & coach station
- 30 minute walk to Temple Meads
- 20 minute walk to city centre
- at the foot of the iconic Gloucester Road (longest road in Europe with the most independent shops)
- pubs and bars all around, corner shops, cafes etc

🏠 It's a semi furnished property at the top of a building of 5 flats (so will be hot this summer!). It's carpeted, has double glazing, night storage heating and a fair amount of space. Double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers come with the room.

💸 Bills are not included, and council tax can be quite a hefty amount per month. No wifi. Water and electricity not included.
References will be required!

💪 I'm only going to be accepting professionals, with a minimum annual salary of £23k. I don't want people who work from home, sorry. You can be a complete weirdo or a stable professional, as long as you are respectful, don't nick my food, and know basic table and house manners, I'm sure we can get along. Bring your own decoration too that's fine.

🤸‍♀️ I lead a busy life as an ED nurse, I sometimes get home at 7.30am so ideally someone that is a deep sleeper would be best for this flat!
Regularly, I have people stay over. We have a double mattress that we sometimes lay on the floor in the lounge.
I like to go out whenever I am free and well rested. Other than that, I am more of a privative person, and I take a short while to get used to people to feel comfortable. Can meet for coffee or drink beforehand:)
