Short term let (3 months) - 4 bed in Cotham

4 bedroom 103m2 apartment in central Cotham - less than 5 minutes' walk from Redland train station. 3 large bedrooms and one smaller.

My father owns this apartment and lives downstairs, he is a university professor at Bristol. I am moving into this apartment in October, and the current annual lease for its tenants has ended, but he is looking for someone to stay in a let over the summer. The exact dates of this could be a bit flexible - around first week of July to around last week of September.

This apartment has been lived in by mostly by UoB students, and pictures are taken before the move out so sorry for the clutter - however as I am moving in it's in my interest to get it tidied up to a high standard!

I will be moving in with only one friend, so a lot of the furniture will not be needed - if you want to take some of it at the end of your stay for free, that can also be negotiated.
