My lovely housemate will be moving out to live with her boyfriend after the summer and so I am looking for someone to move in to this lovely 2-Bed basement flat with me.
The room is a little on the smaller side but still has managed to fit a large double, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and full size mirror so there is plenty of room for furniture. It is unfurnished but my housemate may be able to sell her current furniture to the next tenant. We have a gorgeous open plan kitchen/living area that is just so homely and even have our own private patio which even gets a bit of sun in the sunnier months!
I’m 24, looking for a female preferably although open to anyone, someone who is clean and tidy and hopefully up for becoming friends as I am a social person. I also work in the wine industry so occasionally like to host a dinner party with friends although work full-time so this is definitely not a party house.
It's £750 pcm rent and bills come to around £180 a month.
