URGENT-Unfurnished Room for 1- Shared Flat, Cotham

My flat mate, Cait, is moving out of our 2 bed flat. I'm looking to fill her room come July the
18th with a young professional. Must be able to
provide a UK-based guarantor.

FaceTime viewings are preferable as I am looking to fill urgently!! Application forms and tenancy to be signed this week (ideally)!

Located down a quiet road next to the Arches, near Gloucester Road, with access to food shops/cafes/bars etc a 500m walk away.

The flat is pretty cozy, comprising a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Looking for a clean, friendly and relatively social housemate, ideally someone with a similar lifestyle/interests!!

I have provided all furnishings in the shared space areas, which of course you will have access to! I work in the office, Mon-Fri, returning later in the evening most nights.

I'm an outgoing individual - love a few glasses of wine on the weekends, gym every morn, spending time with friends, and of course, a good game of chess. I'm pretty laid back but appreciate a clean, organised living space. I like my own space during the week days (due to work commitments!) but ideally looking for a good friend who's happy to muck along with me whenever, wherever.

Rent: £650 + £120 roughly bills & Council tax
