Description
A super zen and relaxing flat in the heart of Cotham - a quick walk away from Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Christmas Steps, and Redland train station. It’s a little hidden oasis in a fantastic location!
The available double bedroom is light and spacious with a large built in wardrobe. All furniture is brand new and the room has been freshly painted last month.
The shared living room has massive windows that reveal a beautiful view and lets in lots of sunlight. There’s a big TV to watch films on and access to high-speed internet. I also own a PS4 and board games which you are welcome to enjoy with or without me!
Animal lovers will be very happy here as there are foxes that come by at night, as well as squirrels and birds living in the peaceful communal garden. LGBT+ friendly.
About me -
My name is Rebecca, I'm 29, and I work as a graphic designer in the film and advertising industries. I'm quiet, friendly, and a massive nerd with a silly sense of humour.
I am recently a diagnosed neurodivergent (ADHD) and have realised that I need quite a bit of alone time and a comfortable space to unmask and recharge in order to be happy. I’d love to live with someone who understands this and doesn’t take it personally if I retreat to my room for a few hours (or the whole day!), but who also enjoys chilled hangouts in front of the TV when I have the energy to socialise. In return, I will of course give you as much space as you need. The fact that the flat has a separate kitchen and toilet means that it's easy for two people to go about their day without feeling like they're stepping on each-other's toes!
I hope to become good friends with whoever stays with me, even if when we do hang out it’s very low-effort, like playing Mortal Kombat in our pyjamas on Sunday afternoons!
I'm relaxed and understanding. I’m not looking for a perfect person or asking for a million annoying little rules to be followed. What matters most is sharing my space with someone who is just as kind, trustworthy, and welcoming as I aim to be, and treats the flat and everything in it with respect. Someone who cleans up after themselves, keeps loud noise / music to a minimum, and takes out the trash when they notice the bin is full would be the cherry on top.
Please send me a little description about yourself when you reach out!
