Lovely Room on Cotham Brow

Hellooo, my flatmate has bought a place so I have a really nice room on Cotham Brow available from the 1st August. Super central and a really nice area. Room is a pretty reasonable size and has a big walk in cupboard. I'm quite extroverted and chatty but am after a pretty chill flat environment, particularly during the week. I'm a neuroscience PhD student so I can be at the lab a lot but also after someone I can hang out with. I love cooking, running, music festivals, being outdoors and going to the pub. 🧙🏼‍♂️🌳👩🏼‍🔬

Ideally after a female vegetarian, someone a bit environmentally focused, and if you're a funded PhD student that'd be absolutely brilliant (for council tax reasons).

It's a bit expensive; rent has just gone up to £700. Considering asking the landlord to rethink that but not holding my breath! Bills I think are around £60/month, and council tax depends on whether you're a student or not.
