Double room in gorgeous 2-bed flat in Cotham

My flatmate is moving out to go travelling so I am looking for someone to replace her! You’d be getting a nice bright double room which is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and bookshelf. The flat itself is very clean, bright and modern with underfloor heating which helps to keep it cosy and there are big storage cupboards for anything that doesn’t fit in your room. The flat has a big decked garden which gets lots of sun and has a gated entrance meaning everything feels v secure. The location is amazing, a 2 min walk to Gloucester Road, 15 min walk into town or to Whiteladies.

You’d be sharing with me, a 27yr old environmental professional who mostly works from home. I like to keep the space clean and homely so looking for someone on the same vibe. I have lots of interests which are mostly outdoorsy including running, tennis, climbing and surfing. I also enjoy the usual pub trip and TV eve. I’m looking for someone who wants to enjoy the space with me and is up for the odd hang out - the flat isn’t huge so it’s pretty essential we get along!

The room is available from the 1st September (there is a bit of flexibility with this up until end of Sept), bills aren’t included (council tax band B) and are an additional approx. £150 per month (so total £925) and street parking is available via permit.
