Double Room in 2 bed flat located in Cotham

Hi I'm James (current tennant). I'm currently looking for a flatmate for my spacious 2 bed, 1st floor flat in Cotham.

The lounge is mostly furnished and the double bedroom comes unfurnished.

You would also get your own bathroom (although not ensuite).

About me:

I studied Biochemistry at Bristol university and decided to stay on in Bristol, currently working as a recruiter.

I enjoy a range of sports ( including most recently paddle tennis), cooking and reading.

I like to keep the house pretty clean, generally go to bed pretty early in the week and enjoy going out on the weekends.

Rent £800 pcm + bills (usually around £150pcm, this including Wifi).
