Semi-Furnished Bedroom in a Three Person Flat

We are a pair of young professionals looking for a third flatmate to replace our previous flatmate in a new tennancy.

The room is a large semi-furnished bedroom in a three person basement flat in Cotham. The room comes with a bed (including mattress), a wardrobe, and a large mirror (does not include the desk in the photo).

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, all fully furnished, as well as a garden and shared walk in storage closet. This includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, and communal kitchen utensils.

The rent is £715 exluding bills. We split the wifi, energy, and water bills evenly between the three of us. If you are a non-student then we will also be splitting the council tax (band C) between all three of us too.

The flat is right next to the lovely Whiteladies Road and Cotham Hill, and only a short walk away from the Triangle, University of Bristol and centre of town. We are well connected by transport with Clifton Down train station only a five minute walk away and the 1, 2, 3, and 4 busses stopping just around the corner.

The room is single occupancy only. Anyone employed shouldn't require a guarantor but students or anyone currently unemployed will need a UK based guarantor.
