I am a 25yr old dentist who loves socialising with friends, cooking, and going for dinner/coffee. I like to keep the place clean and tidy so looking for someone who will do the same!
The rent is £1000 a month (bills/council tax not included). The council tax is band D. You will also get access to a free parking space.
