Modern 1b available for 2-3 months Dec/Jan/Feb

Hello, we are letting our apartment for 2-3 months in December, January, February upcoming. It is a modern 2bed in BS6 with underground secure parking, however we are letting it as a 1 bed as we will be locking the spare bedroom to store some of our stuff whilst we are away.
Looking for respectful and tidy tenants who are looking for accommodation during this period to join the pleasant community in this apartment block. Sorry no pets or smokers allowed. You will have sole use of the apartment and underground secure/gated parking during the agreed dates (TBD).
