Back again, the chillest flat in Cotham.

Hey! The wonderful Erin is leaving to move in with her boyfriend so there’ll be a room available from March 6th! (If things move extremely fast sooner is possible). I have lived in this flat since Feb 2022 and look after it with care and consideration. You’ll be living with me, Ash, a full time artist, who is at my studio most week days. The flat is light, airy and fully decorated. Your room has a single or double bed (it can be adjusted) and a good amount of storage. I’m looking for someone who matches my energy so pop over and let’s see how we get on! I’m a gentle, caring person who likes deep conversation and plenty of rest time. I think who we live with is so important and value communication, consideration and equality. Just being a good egg. It’s not a party house, it’s a cavelike retreat with low lights and vinyl playing and home cooking. My friends and housemates are mainly female which matches my energy, but all are welcome!
It’s a small room so I’m imagining a single person is best, or having a partner over 2 evenings max a week. Obviously it’s Xmas soon and I’ll away til Jan but it would be lovely to start the conversation. Happy new year to you!
