A double room in a lovely flat in Cotham is available for lodging for a female professional.
I live in Cotham very near to UoB in a lovely 2 bed/1 bath flat with my cat Loki. I’m an accountant and am very active, usually out running, cycling or rock climbing!
When at home I live a quiet life as I am usually working or resting/recovering from training. I sometimes work from home in the lounge (maybe once per week or on weekends for my side projects).
The flat is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room, large bathroom with separate walk-in shower, large kitchen with seating and a dishwasher, and a small separate laundry room.
The room includes one double bed, one wardrobe, one small bedside/dressing table. I can arrange a desk/table if needed.
I like to keep things clean and tidy, with a busy schedule this can mean playing a bit of catchup on the weekends! Would consider getting a cleaner for a longer rental period.
