It's a double room (8'x15') with a large wardrobe at one end. Feels bigger than it looks in the photos! You'd be sharing the lounge, kitchen and bathroom with me (owner occupier) All kept clean and tidy.

It's a super flat with far reaching views from the lounge overlooking Montpelier and East Bristol.
The flat is quiet, but also within easy reach of shops, restaurants and access to Bristol city centre. The coach stop to London is a 15 minute walk from the flat.

The flat would suit an active single full-time professional. (No couples, not working from home.) I'm looking for a lodger for at least 6 months to 1 year or more.

I'm a video editor and motion graphics designer, which I do mainly at a studio down at Spike Island, so I'm out mostly during the day. I'm also into drawing and painting so like get out and do that when I can, plus cycling, swimming.

There would be a SpareRoom lodgers agreement to sign, and 1 month deposit held in a Landlord deposit scheme. I'll do a chat/review after initial 3 months to check both tenant and me are happy.
