Double furnished bedroom in a 2 bed flat

Great for someone relocating / contracting in Bristol during the week and returning home at the weekend. All Bills included.

It's a smallish width double room, (though quite long!) with a spacious wardrobe at one end. Sharing the lounge, kitchen and bathroom with me (owner occupier) All kept clean and tidy. I've got a second sofa since the photos were taken, will update!

Its a super flat in a great location with far reaching views from the lounge overlooking Montpelier and East Bristol.
The flat is quiet, but also within easy reach of shops, restaurants and access to Bristol city centre. The coach stop to London is a 15 minute walk from the flat.

I'm a video editor and motion designer, and generally fairly busy on projects, which I do mainly at my studio down at Spike Island, so I'm out mostly during the day. I'm into drawing and painting so like get out and do that when I can, plus cycling, tennis.
