2-bed cozy friendly flat in Cotham :)

Looking for a female housemate to join a lovely 2-bed flat in Cotham/Redland :)

The flat is a short walk to the Redland station and right next to the park, so a great location that’s central, but still in a peaceful spot. It’s on a quiet road and was renovated last year, so it’s in great shape. I will be transparent and say it runs on the colder side, but a space heater or heated blanket works a treat. The landlord is also coming to look at the radiators in mid Jan to see what else they can do.

Rent is £685 plus bills. Council tax comes to about £120 per person/per month (Band C). Move in would be from 1 Feb (with poss for wriggle room if needed). My housemate is interested in selling her wardrobe but other than that the room is unfurnished. I already have pretty much all the living room and kitchen furniture so no worries about that. Although if you have stuff you’d like to bring then ofc we can make some changes!

More about me: I’m 27 years old and love to get out for adventures, surf and hikes as well as be cozy hanging out with friends, reading, and trying not to kill my plants. I’m not in my party era but do love a night out every once in a while and going to the pub. Looking for someone who is keen for a homely vibe, rather than just a place to keep your things.

I also WFH 3/4 days so am in the house a fair bit, as something to consider for someone else who works from home.
