Small room on quiet road in Cotham

Hi, I’m planning to move out and am looking for someone to take my place in the flat.

One of the best things about the flat is location. It’s just round the corner from Gloucester road, close enough to walk/cycle to the centre, and a few minutes walk from Redland or Montpelier train stations. The room is really quiet because it’s on a residential road with no traffic and has a nice open view!

It’s a four-person flat, with three other guys aged 26-27, who all work (two from home). Current flatmates are really easygoing and friendly and it’s a pretty quiet household (no massive parties etc.).

The living/dining room, kitchen and bath/shower room are all shared and there’s a handy storage room on the ground floor for bikes etc. There’s also street parking available (with a permit).

I use the room as a single now to get more furniture and stuff in, but the tenant before me used as a double, so that would be up to you!

Monthly rent is £532.50
Deposit is £620
Bills at the moment are c. £99 incl. council tax (band B), gas, electric, water, and wifi
