Spacious double room in two bedroom flat

Hey folks!

My current flatmate Matt is moving out soon to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to take his place in our lovely 2-bed flat on Kingsdown Parade.

The room:
Spacious double at the front of the flat – loads of natural light, super quiet, and easily fits a king-size bed, desk, and more without feeling cramped (about 4.4m x 3.2m – it's actually the lounge in the listing pics). Ideal if you work from home or just want a chill retreat at the end of the day.

The flat:
Top-floor with cracking views across the city – perfect for sunsets. There’s a separate living room and a good-sized kitchen with all the essentials (washer + tumble dryer, fridge + freezer). The bathroom is shared, clean, and functional.

You’re more than welcome to decorate and add your own touch to the place – it’s a bit bleak right now, so I’m all for making it feel more homely.

Bonus: We’ve got parking for one car included, which is a rare find in this area. I do drive, but I’m happy to park on the road if needed.

The location:
Kingsdown is a bit of a hidden gem – central but quiet and leafy. You’re:

- <5 mins from BRI
~10 mins to Uni of Bristol
~15 mins to Park Street, Whiteladies, Clifton Downs and more

Pubs like Kingsdown Vaults and Highbury Vaults are just around the corner, and there’s loads more great food and drink options within walking distance.

All in all, it’s a great spot – especially if you’re working at the hospital, Uni, or anywhere in the city centre.

A bit about me:
I’m 33 and work as a Project Architect. I keep the flat clean, calm, and friendly. Into cooking (yes, I’ll probably feed you sometimes – I’m not veggie or vegan, by the way), gym, films, and gaming. The living room’s kitted out with an Xbox and a powerful PC, both of which are there to be shared.

I’m social but pretty chill – always up for a chat or a pint, but also totally respect downtime and personal space.

The boring stuff:
Bills are around £150/month on top of rent – that covers council tax, electric, water, broadband, etc.

2-6 weeks from now
