🌸 Flatmate application!🌻

⭐️ Cotham Brow, BS6
⭐️ Cosy 2 bedroom flat on the top floor
⭐️ £650 per month, + bills (roughly £200 per month)
⭐️ Available from end of May / beginning of June

Hiiii ! I’ve been living in a two-bedroom flat in Cotham for the past three years with my best friend, but we’re currently going through a flatmate divorce as she has found an exciting new job in Exeter and will be moving there at the end of May. Sad times for me but very exciting for her!!!

I’d love to stay in the flat so I’m looking for someone new to share this space with! 😌

The space 🤎:
The flat is located on the top floor in Cotham Brow in BS6, really central and walking distance to Stokes Croft, the city centre, Whiteladies Road etc.
Right next door to Redland train station!

My flatmate will be taking most of the communal furniture in the divorce so it’ll be more of a blank canvas than it is now, so I’ve attached the video tour that the letting agent sent us back in the day.

The bedroom up for grabs is the carpeted bedroom to the left 😊

It’s a bit spenny as you’ll be renting the whole flat as opposed to a room - but it’s a cute space, and the bedroom is a generous size, we’ve always felt like it’s an absolute steal for Bristol prices considering it’s such a good location and has decent sized rooms (thanks cost of living crisis)

We have a good relationship with the landlords, they’re very receptive and keen to get things fixed immediately if anything ever goes wrong, and outside of this they leave us be.

About me 🌞:
My name is Chloe, I’m 25, I’m originally from Cornwall and I work in learning and development for an insurance company.
My biggest passion is travelling so I’m happiest when I’m planning my next backpacking adventure or city break. Food is my love language so when I’m at home you can usually find me cooking, hosting dinner parties for friends, and trying to achieve a perfect gluten free brownie (bonus points if you have a recipe I can steal)
Loveeee hikes, walks, being amongst nature and trying to not be a dead beat plant mum and keep my cacti alive 🥲
My job is hybrid so I do occasionally work from home.

The ideal fit 🌹:
Because the flat is quite cosy, I’m ideally looking for someone I can get along with, someone who’s up for the occasional shared meal, watching something together now and then, walks/hikes etc.!

That being said, I completely respect personal space and downtime, so a good balance of both would be perfect. 😌
I’m completely sober and not really a party girlie, so someone who is more into the chill dinners, slow Sundays vibe is probably going to be the best fit.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t want to live in a museum but someone who prioritises keeping the communal spaces tidy and clean is a must x

❗️ The only other thing… This home is proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, celebrates diversity, and welcomes everyone, and I’d like to keep the dynamic of the house as an inclusive safe space for all. No haters allowed! 💞

I would love to hear from you if you’re keen and think we’d be a good fit!
