Looking a someone to fill my double room in my Cotham house share. I’m moving out on July 4th so the room will be available from then. ☀️
About the house: It’s a beautiful house (two bathrooms, one shower), with a shared living room, kitchen and porch with city views. All amenities. The location is ideal (5 minutes from Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road, Redland station, Cotham Hill and also a great location for getting into city centre). 🌼
About our housemates: At the moment It’s Rob, Tom, Lewis and I. Lewis is moving out too soon though so it’s spitting back to a 2:2 girl boy ratio. We’re looking for a female professional around 21-30 to join the house. We all get along, go out for a few drinks but are also pretty independent with our busy lives. There are smokers in the house but there’s a porch at the front. Not in the house. 🧡
Rent is £712.50 with bills and council tax not included. They come to about £50 and £90 respectively each month.
I’m looking to sell my room furnished. I have a double bed frame, double mattress, an ikea desk and malm chest of drawers. Let me know if you would/ wouldn’t like any of these pieces and I can try get them off me separately.
I’m away a lot for work. Can arrange viewings for the 14-16th of May, then 6th-20th of June after that. Happy to send as many videos as people may need.
