Large double room with roof terrace in Cotham

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to fill our third bedroom as I am moving to Clifton.

We have a spacious double room available on the second floor in a maisonette in Cotham. The room is on the upstairs floor. The room is unfurnished but includes a bed frame and mattress. The living room is bright with an open kitchen area, including recently replaced kitchen counters and floor, washer/dryer, large fridge and ample cupboard space.

There is also a lovely roof terrace with views over Bristol off the bedroom.

The flat is well-located on a quiet residential road only 3 minutes from lively Stokes Croft, just a stone's throw from Tesco Express, the post office and lots of cafés. It's also just a short wander to the pubs and shops of Gloucester Road.

There are multiple bus stops close by on Cheltenham Road and it is a 15 minute walk from the bus station or 30 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads. There is on-street permit parking available as well if you have a car, and an indoor bike room on the ground floor of the building.

Bills come to roughly £140 a month for gas and electric, water, WiFi and council tax. The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

No agency, we deal with the landlord who lives locally.

You'll be living with 2 other young professionals, Fraser and Tom. They’re laid-back, like to socialise and plan flat meals/pub trips every so often but also do our own thing!
