Double room in Cotham/Kingsdown area flat, as my housemate is moving out. Available from the 15th June.

About me - I’m 24 years old and I work in the public sector. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday and am in the office most of the week. In my spare time I see friends, go to the gym/yoga, and am learning Spanish.

I’m looking for someone friendly, easy to get along with and communicate with, who is clean and respectful of shared areas. No preference male or female, and open to postgrad students - no undergrads sorry. Happy for someone to work from home.

The flat has a good-sized living area with a sofa and dining table, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a garden area just for this flat, and a larger shared garden area for all the flats (3 other flats).

The flat is about 5 mins walk from Gloucester Road, 10 mins walk from Broadmead/Cabot Circus, 15 mins walk from Park Street, and 15 mins walk from Cotham Hill/Whiteladies Road. Very near to the BRI and the University of Bristol.

Rent is £600pcm and bills are usually between £150-200pcm. Council tax band B.
